CURRENCIES

All payments and refunds are processed in Euros (EUR).

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Select “Credit Card” as your payment method during checkout.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

Enter your card details on our secure payment page. dibel-shop.de uses advanced SSL encryption technology to protect your card information against unauthorized access and manipulation during transmission.

The order amount will initially be authorized and reserved on your card. Your card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. If your order is cancelled, the reserved amount will be released.

Payment with Visa or Mastercard

Our payment system checks whether your credit or debit card participates in the 3-D Secure authentication program. This additional security measure helps verify that both the cardholder and the online retailer are authorized to complete the transaction.

If your card is registered for 3-D Secure, an additional authentication window linked to your bank may appear after you enter your card details. You will then be asked to verify the transaction using the authentication method provided by your bank.

If no additional authentication is required by your card issuer, the payment will be processed without this additional step.

Payment with American Express

Our payment system may verify whether the delivery address provided with your order matches the billing address registered with American Express using the American Express Address Verification System (AVS).

If the addresses do not match, we may contact you by email and ask you to register or confirm the alternative delivery address with American Express. Your order will be shipped once the required authentication has been successfully completed.

Please note for all credit card payments: Refunds for returned items will always be credited to the credit card originally used for the purchase.

PAYPAL PAYMENT

Select “PayPal” as your payment method during checkout. You will automatically be redirected to PayPal.

If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your account details and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one before confirming your payment.

Refunds for returned items will always be credited to the PayPal account originally used for the purchase.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE / BANK TRANSFER

Select “Payment in Advance” as your payment method during checkout and complete your order.

You will receive our bank details and your order number in the automatic order confirmation email.

Please transfer the full amount immediately after placing your order, quoting your order number as the payment reference:

For SEPA transfers from German and international bank accounts.

Any transfer fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received the payment in our bank account.

Refunds for returned items will be transferred back to the bank account from which the original payment was made.
