SHIPPING METHODS

All orders within Germany are shipped with our logistics partner DHL.

All shipments from dibel.de are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Insurance coverage ends once you have received and accepted your delivery.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CET
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET
(excluding public holidays)

Your order will be ready for dispatch no later than one business day after payment has been received.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 5:00 PM CET, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
